Project Management
In 2007 we invested in Project Management; projects are getting bigger, more complex and more time sensitive, and we saw the immediate benefits. The project management team owns the delivery of the master project and is responsible for the seamless deployment of projects. This involves developing a master plan with the client and the CPI operational teams, then delivering on it.
This is another CPI first in the commercial card market, and the visibility it gave clients during deployment was hugely beneficial.
